When my wife and I came down for a week to look at homes Tina had everything lined up to make our time incredibly productive and efficient. With her wealth of local knowledge and her understanding of our wants/needs and personalities, Tina had us in the right home in just 2 days. She was informative, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Besides being incredibly gracious and forthcoming with information on the real estate market, Tina took a genuine interest in helping us “move” to the area. When it came time to negotiate, her ability to understand the market dynamics and timing made for a very successful process. Tina’s guidance was very valuable and resulted in our new home being everything we had hoped. Tina is by far a very empathetic and efficient person who takes the time to get to know her clients and knows it's not just a house they are seeking, but a home they will love. I have known Tina for several years, but in this experience, she went above and beyond in a way that I could not imagine. Tina did not hesitate to get involved with the renovation work, the legal side of the deal and essentially managing the entire project for several months since the beginning of the year. I wanted to write and share that our experience with Tina in helping to find our Florida home was great. We were moving from Illinois so there was a lot handle remotely and she was always there to help us with the process.
