Tina is by far a very empathetic and efficient person who takes the time to get to know her clients and knows it's not just a house they are seeking, but a home they will love. I have known Tina for several years, but in this experience, she went above and beyond in a way that I could not imagine. Tina did not hesitate to get involved with the renovation work, the legal side of the deal and essentially managing the entire project for several months since the beginning of the year. Even when she was traveling and on the other side of the world, she continued to actively work on the details to make sure everything was in place for a smooth closing.
